FILIPINO HORSE VELOCITY AGREEMENT.................
Filipino Horse Velocity provides members of various collection of resources with regards to the Philippine horse racing industry. When you register, we assume that you are of legal age. Please bear in mind that minors are strictly prohibited. All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted will be your own responsibility. Please remember that we are not responsible for the contents of any messages posted or transmitted. The messages only share the views or opinions of the member/author of the message. Please contact the Administrator immediately if you feel the message to be posted is offensive or objectionable. We will remove any message if we found out that certain messages is objectionable or offensive.
You agree, by the use of this site, that you will not use this to post any material which is false, defamatory, libelous, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of person's privacy, racially, ethnically or otherwise violative of any law
You agree, not to post any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights
You agree, that Filipino Horse Velocity may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account, any associated email address and access. The causes for such termination shall include (a) breaches or violation of the said rules, agreements or guidelines set by FHV (b) request by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self initiated deletions)
You agree, not to post any copyrighted materials unless the copyright is owned by yourself.

Multiple Accounts or Multiple User Names.
Each member is allowed one log-in account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. Registering of another account will only be allowed if there is expressed permission or approval coming solely from the Administrator
Mind Your Language
You are free to discuss or share an opinion concerning a certain issue but it must have certain limitations. To insult and ridicule, to be rude and impolite or to attack somebody with the use of sexually explicit language is definitely not allowed. Abuse and defamatory words are also not allowed and will be removed immediately without prior notice.
Respect Towards Staff
We ask that you respect the staff at Filipino Horse Velocity as well as the decisions that they make. Therefore, please take note of the following:
* If you have been moderated/advised by one of the staff members, we ask that you do not take these actions personally. Our actions are based on good judgment, common sense and the above specified rules.
* It is not our position to intimidate nor openly humiliate anyone by editing/deleting signatures, avatars, posts or topics- the staff's purpose is to keep this site running as smoothly and organized as possible.
